Any type of battery can be stored inside. They only off-gas hydrogen when being charged. An AGM battery loses less charge when stored.
I have 3 AGM's in one bank but if you are selling the trailer in 6 mos., it doesn't make much sense to buy a new battery, much less an AGM. If you plan to live in this trailer over the Winter, I'd suggest to buy 2 6V GC2 golf cart batteries. At Costco or Sam's club the 2 6V's will be under $200 and work better for you. If the converter is older it may not be a three stage charger and the single output may be above 13.5V. In that case, you need to watch your battery water levels so it doesn't boil out the electrolyte. Again, a meter is what you need to inspect this.
Inverters draw a significant bit of power from the battery. I know nothing about the one you posted. I have a 1000W Xantrex Prowatt and it serves me well. There is no fan noise and it will handle the draw of my appliances.
Wouldn't I need to vent non sealed batteries if indoors?
I don't have, nor know anyone with Sam's or Costco membership. So that option its out.
You stated you wanted to "store" the battery inside. To me, that means when the battery is operational it is outside the cabin. Yes, if you are using the battery inside you will want to vent the gas. Some think that even an AGM battery needs venting but the Mfg of my AGM's says they are safe to use inside Xray and telecom backup buildings. To me, that means they are safe to use unvented. Check details with the battery Mfg, YMMV.
Check for 6V battery sales at a golf cart distributor.
Sorry for the confusion about "storing" the battery.
The battery will be used inside the cabin
