Your converter is right below your power distribution panel, the thing with the big transformer in it. Some people call it the converter charger. It's function is to convert 120vac power to a voltage that will run the 12v things in the RV and charge the battery. Yours probably puts out about 13.8v and charges the battery very slowly. A modern converter starts out at about 14.4v with a discharged battery, then decreases the voltage in steps so it doesn't damage the battery.
I would replace it with a Progressive Dynamics 9260. There is a good chance that it will fit in the same space. The PD 9260 can put out up to 60Amps and will charge up to that level if the battery will accept that much current. You may want to put in larger wire between the battery and the converter. It might be wise to have someone with more experience in wiring and electronics help you do the change-over.
BTW, it would help if you set the width to 640 so the pics, and the text, would fit on the screen.
