Old 60's TT tow lights Wiring Question, HELP!!!

I am guessing no ground but to take it further why not just buy a magnetic set of lights on sale at Harbor freight for $10.00 and a 7 pin to 4 flat adapter there as well. Bumper should be metallic to hold magnetic lights and your good to go.
