I think it was 2005 or 2006 when I installed the LED tail lights and replaced all of my clearance lights. I have not had one failure yet.
A little after the exterior LED install, I changed out my interior lights. I prefer the boards. Never had a failure with the regulated LEDs (9-30v-abt $10 each). I had 10 non-regulated (experimenting) that cost $1 each. I lost 4 of them with less than 20 hours of continuous use. I haven't used the others yet. This is one of those times I agree that you get what you pay for.
