tell that to my buddy that is a EMT and you'll get a very long lecture. he's been to several CO poisoning from modern cars, luckily responsed quick enough that a trip to ER saved them, but several were within minutes of dying, victim was completely unconcious when he arrived.

and, no it didn't take hours either. maybe 30 minutes, and not in a completely closed garage either.

better than cars of old, or portable generators, but still dangerous.
