With a dry wt of 13k, he may be over specs once loaded up. At least close to it. Payload might be an issue with a 2500 with a 5er that big.
Sorry I forgot to mention that part. He has a 3500 and in his words "The payload is just at 38000 so if I'm careful I think I would be ok. I am only going to tow it for the occasional camping trip ( 2-3x) per month max".
I don't think he is concerned about the payload of the rig, but rather how well it will pull it.
