Open Range Slide Out Problem

My Electric. slide has a slip clutch that clicks when the side is all the way out, or all the way in. So you know when to stop slide. Could it possibly be that there is an obstruction causing slice to stop. May try this, get two helpers and have someone activate slide while the other two people PUSH on slide, and see if it will go out. If slide does go out, I would bring it in to see if it will close all the way too.
Recently on my slide there was an obstruction that prevented slide stopping about an inch for going all the way out. Once I got obstruction removed slide is working fine now.
