We are running same camper on SRW LB gasser. If you go gas you can get the payload you need.
If you must go diesel, get a DRW.
Long bed is not an issue-in fact I intentionally put a SB camper on a LB truck.
LB usually gets you greater payload and we love the added storage. I made a wood frame to keep the camper in place.
With the EC 850 on a LB I am able to slide the camper forward more than a SB truck. This puts the COG ~ 2” forward of the axle. On our last SB truck the camper was ~ 2” behind the axle as the camper hits the front of the bed (of course).
Very pleased with our new setup.
BTW; I went from diesel back to gas. The new ten speed trannys are a game changer for gassers. I don’t live in the Rocky’s though...
What payload does that give you on 2020 CC LB gasser? Is that with 6.2 or 7.3 engine?
