The 2015 introduces an exhaust brake. Price seems a little high for something with that many miles. The 2015 block has also been strengthened for the uprated power. Turbo is much simpler as well, single sided compressor. Fuel pump was updated for more fuel flow, however No word if they resolved the delicate nature of the pump.

AFAIK, the above quoted post reflects the changes made from my version of the 6.7L to the 2015 version.
I do think Ford has a real winner with this particular motor. My only concern was the aforementioned Bosch series 4.2 fuel pump on that motor.
IF, (and that is a big if :B ) Bosch/Ford have corrected the delicate issues for that pump with this 2015 version, then it will be a great motor indeed.
Mine also had the (:M) stupid plastic oil pan, which I grew to hate because of oil change issues. I would have loved to put a Fumoto valve on it, but could not because of the stupid plastic oil pan.
The new ones of course went away with that plastic pan for the more contemporary metal oil pan, so Fumoto valve would work on any of the newest Fords.
It was easy to service as far as my do it myself oil changes. Everything easy to get to and out in the open.
Now if only I could say that about my new vehicle, a Ram Cummins 3500. Oil filter is gonna be a real pain to get out on this one. Shoot!
Anyway, again, I do think if pump problems fixed that the 6.7L Scorpion engine will be a real winner for Ford.
