I had a Lance Lite at one time. They're nice, but are also known for having the jacks pull on and damage the camper body.
Be sure to check that the tie-downs aren't working loose and that the place where the jacks are attached to the camper haven't put strain on the interior wood and compromised the integrity. Might be a good idea to google that so you know more about it. Other than that, I really liked my unit. It was a 2005, 8 feet, and I paid 5k for it back about 8 years ago, if that helps,.
