If it is what you are looking for then it is probably worth it.
Remember, a dealer always jacks up the asking price so he can reduce the price to make the buyer feel better about the price.
Offer $2K and then negotiate. You might feel a lot better about the buy.
Also, it's an old camper, so even if in good shape it will probably need maintenance. It will be a fun project until you get it the way you want it.
