If I put 1-2K in the appearance repair (not mandatory) I don't think I will have a problem selling it later if I decide. The 07 F250 in my sig was bought with salvage title that I had converted into a rebuilt one. I sold it in 1 day after putting about 4k miles on it.
There is a growing market for salvage and rebuilt vehicles. People are either parting them out or fixing them and selling them. Even Ebay now carries salvage and rebuilt vehicles. Some people like the "scratch and dent" section to save a few bucks LOL

Just found out they accepted my offer. From the pictures the damage is minor but since the insurance salvaged it I have to prepare for the worst but it might just need a grill and bezel. Not even a headlight broke. Maybe radiator support slightly bent inward but I see no misalignment in the pics but buying from auction/sight unseen has its risk LOL!kaydeejay wrote:rhagfo wrote:X2!
07 LBZ are the best of the era!
Unless the repair cost is out of sight I'd say "Buy it"!
Wonder why the insurance co totaled it. :h
You might want to have a GOOD look at the frame.
