The factory air ride has Ram currently at the top of the list for my next truck in 3 years. It'll likely be a dually, so anything to smooth out the ride is a plus.
Mine rides well for a DRW with 30psi rears and 80psi fronts unloaded. I keep it in ALT ride mine keeping the truck near level with or without a load.
With 6k pin weight and 67psi rears it also rides well.
