So those that have ordered a truck....especially a Ram...a few questions. Looking at a '16 Ram Mega 3500 DRW. I know I'd need swing out brackets for my camper but with the drw option only $1200 mor...

My nephew who sells Dodge trucks told me over the holidays a couple things I didn't know. He will be assisting me in ordering a truck this year so we were going over various configurations. Anyway he tells me that:
1) the rear axle weight rating changes with the gearing
2) Dodge has a bed option that is less than the 6'4" length I'm wanting
