So those that have ordered a truck....especially a Ram...a few questions. Looking at a '16 Ram Mega 3500 DRW. I know I'd need swing out brackets for my camper but with the drw option only $1200 mor...

And I'm not sure why everyone is scared of DEF?
1) It is corrosive.
2) Something else that is expensive to go wrong and eventually need replacing.
3) It will freeze.
You get better mileage than the old raw fuel burning trucks like my 2011.
But not as good as the 5.9 albeit if they reduced the horsepower back to the 5.9, just think of the mileage you could be getting.
Just the axle ratings, 14K GVW ratings,
The axle itself is rated exactly the same from the 04 Ram and up that have the 11.5 AAM. Only change to get the higher GVW was frame and tires.
While my wife and I are loving our 2015 and happy with the 6.4 gasser, I really should have either converted my 2004 5.9 to either one with a dumb transmission or found a clean 2007 5.9 with auto. Then I think I would be tickled.
