Forget about ever buying stuff from CW online. Everything is always "on sale" but you can just about always get it cheaper at a regular price elsewhere online. Once you have a specific item in mind, find the part number and/or have the correct description and head out onto the internet using google and shop 'till you drop. I usually find that Amazon and ebay cost more, but not always (their listing fees are buried in the item price and increase it). Need to watch the item and shipping cost as some lower the item price but jack up the shipping cost and it can take some effort to find the lowest overall price. Amazon often has the listing vendor's online company name and a few times I've gone directly to their online store and received a lower price. Same on ebay.
In addition to the already mentioned online RV vendors, there's also MakariosRV.com, RVupgradestore.com, AmericanRVcompany.com and easternmarine.com. There's probably a couple more. I've always found that these sources have superior customer service and you can easily pick up the phone and talk to someone. If there are order problems or a missing or damaged item, it's easy to resolve them. I've had a few cases where the vendor has just shipped a replacement, no questions asked and with no extra cost. Have even had a few that have phoned to confirm an order before shipping.
Be wary of buying some items on Amazon or ebay because the item may not include the full manufacturer's factory warranty.
Whatever you do, stay away from a parts dept. at a dealer.
