Love the floor plan and the side entry door - a much better solution for keeping dust out if you spend a lot of time on dirt roads.
Re the microwave - you don't really need a generator unless you go for a powerful one. Our microwave is a 1 kW unit which our inverter and our 4 AGM batteries handles comfortably.
