The coroplast sits on the bottom of the I-Beam. Then on the curb side there's a steel pipe for the propane running below that. But I'm sure your 5x5 could be hung below all that. The outside flange of the I-Beam is exposed so something could be clipped or drilled into it.
The hollow bumper can be used as well, but that may only be 4x4, not sure ...
