I too purchased a used Outfitter (Apex 8) a few years ago. Outfitter was no help at all and even though I had a FULL documentation package from the previous owner, it was largely useless when trying to troubleshoot some problems (mostly electrical). In the years I've owned my Apex 8 I've been through most systems but surely the entire electrical system. I've drawn, what I think, is a comprehensive schematic for my camper (solar but no genny) that I keep with all of the paperwork.
I know Outfitter makes no $$ off of private party resales however just answering a few questions every now and then would go a long way to putting $$ in the good will bank.
