Dan, I agree. A big part of any new purchasing decision is customer service. If Outfitter gains a reputation for poor customer service (which I'm learning they may already have), then it's going to negatively impact new sales. They'd get a lot of positive press if I could come on here and say I bought a 13 year old Outfitter and everything worked perfectly and the folks at Outfitter were very helpful in explaining how the complicated systems work. I'm happy with my Apex, especially for the price I paid, but the message readers are going to get is that Outfitter doesn't care about customers after the initial sale.
