Just so you know, they were closed from Thanksgiving until the 29th so I doubt it was a coincidence. They were probably just getting caught up. They've provided great customer service for us as well. Sending a Facebook message does seem to garner a faster response than email for whatever reason. Glad you got your problem solved either way.
