outfitter apex 9.5
looking at buying an 2003 Outfitter Apex 9.5. have not yet seen it. but appears to be ok and fits my budget and needs. any comments, especially what to look out for ?

I own a 2004 Apex 8. Here's the issues I've had since 2004:
-front vent cover came open twice and broke while driving.
-some wear on the Weblon in spots where the shock cord attachment rivets are not smooth.
-city water fitting/one-way valve failed after just 10 years. :)
-one jack motor failed.
-grey water electric valve switch is intermittent...but works.
-photo paper on sidewall above the counter is coming off at the caulking. Seems as if the caulking caused the glue to dissolve.
-That's all I can think of.
Note: I caused one tiedown attach point to fail when I had a flat rear tire and used the camper jacks to take the weight off the rear of the truck so I could change the tire. I had no other choice at the time. The failure was easily fixed with a piece of angle aluminum and has not been an issue in 8 years and many miles on rough roads.
What I don't have after 10 years of ownership and use:
-leaks
-delamination of Filon
-structural problems of any kind (except the minor one I caused)
-water pump, furnace, HW heater, roof lift, etc failure
-lack of support of Outfitter after the sale.
-regret of buying my Apex 8.
