outfitter apex 9.5
looking at buying an 2003 Outfitter Apex 9.5. have not yet seen it. but appears to be ok and fits my budget and needs. any comments, especially what to look out for ?

We have a 2007 model that we bought used from Outfitter in 2009, it had very little use on it. We have put a lot of miles on it well in the excess of 40,000 miles.
If the outfitter are looking at has the electric waste valves, you may want to make sure they open and keep them open and just use the outside valve. Our black water waste valve has failed and its necessary to do a repair, this is not easy or inexpensive.
The water tank drain valve needed replacement. I replaced the original batteries this past spring.
We do regular maintenance, all RV's need it.
Both my wife and I are very happy with our choice. Its a good solid, quiet, comfortable and dependable rig. Knowing what we know today, yes we would buy another one.
