That's the model and year my bro has and he loves it. There was some 'period of adjustment' with it early on. (electrical system had to be rewired. Plumbing was hooked up wrong.) I have spent some time in his and find it much more roomy than my tiny Lance Lite. He must run the heater if it gets below 60 deg. F. He runs the exhaust fan when lowering the top which sucks in the canvas (or whatever that material is). The bottom frame screws were all loose and many pulled out after the racking of the frame going on a White Truck Expedition with the Four Wheeler Magazine team. Since he had the largest white truck, they made him go first through the thickets and between the trees to open up the hole for the rest. Kinda tough on the old OUTFITTER! If you buy a used one, all the kinks should be ironed out already.
Yes, condition is all. How and where it was stored is a big factor.
