Did they take advantage of you?
Yes!
Did you allow them to take advantage of you by not countering with your own question about price of the wipers when told they needed replaced?
Yes!
And then when offered the free oil change you walked out. You should have taken the free oil change.
And THEN walked out making sure they knew you would not be back.
