Owner's Manual?

We just purchased a used trailer, private party sale, and the previous owners don't have the owner's manual anymore. Does anyone know where we might be able to find one for a 2002 Thor Wanderer Lite?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!! TIA!!!

That would be an exception to the rule.

So far BOTH of the TTs I have had (TWO complete different manufacturers), the manufacturers manuals had NO specifics about anything like electrical, plumbing, furnace, stove,A/C and such.

They only talked in general terms, showed nothing, the manuals were so generic it could be used for HUNDREDS of models and never go out of date. In fact, I suspect most manufacturers actually use the same manual as a baseline script and only changing a few pictures and perhaps the model numbers.

Basically the manufacturer manuals I got were only good for holding the actual APPLIANCE manuals which were included as a pile of loose papers. They could have at least took the time and effort to three hole punch them and insert into a binder...

  • Thank you Gdetrailer and dadmomh, I tried to do that for the trailer and got a cluster of nonsense lol... I will definitely try what you suggest, thanks so much!!
  • Don't know of any trailers that have a manual specific to that model. If you get lucky, you might be able to print out the manufacturer's brochure from that year, but it won't really tell you anything. Your best bet is to get the specific make and model #s from your appliances, etc and likely will find a manual online you can print out. The so-called Manual that came with both our HTT and new TT were so generic that very little applied to our trailer exactly. You will get better info here than the that.
  • Don't bother with the manufacturers manual, they simply are worthless, containing no info on appliances or even the features of your RV.

The manuals you really want are the appliance ones. For those you need to gather the manufacturer name and model number and then search the Internet for the manuals.

Google is your friend... Use it.

Try search like this... manufacturer name model # manual
