We made our round trip pull to Bristol, TN on the fresh DEF tank filled with Peak Blue DEF. No check engine lights or fault codes popped up on the trip. I have since refilled the tank again with Peak Blue and all seems good.
If the problem were a sensor in the SCR system or the DEF pump it would have popped up under those heavy load conditions. Most likely the problem was bad DEF, but I can't say that for certain. Either way, everything seems good for now.
