Sorry, forgot to mention that the dealer replaced the battery just before the warranty expired, 7 or 8 months ago.
A bunch of stuff on the truck is programmed to stay powered up for a while after the engine is shut down. I've been wondering whether this shut-down doesn't happen sometimes and things continue to draw an abnormal load on an intermittent basis. Intermittent failures would be the toughest kind of problem to track down, I figure.
