OP, wrong,
Our Tom Tom navigation unit does draw a lot and kills the battery as we know and so does the plug in Sirius Radio not being turned off as we had both at different times drawing down both big batteries in our diesel truck after only 3-4 days of non-use being left on. Batteries were new and never went dead but surely did lower the the cranking speed and it was in the warm spring and early summer. The only time of the year we don't use the truck hardly at all. With both of them totally off (bought a 12V cigarette lighter 3 outlet adapter with an on-off rocker switch) the batteries never drop a bit in over a month or more as the truck is only used or been used for RV'ing since new.
