You people are a bunch of crooks...I returned your item after 3 days and you people took off $480.00 from my $1200.00 refund....CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS ....Thank you very much for teaching me how to deal with companies like yours...Thats why you have a F on the Better Business Bureau...Companies like yours should be SUNK....CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS of the worse kind

    Welcome to the Forum and sorry for your frustrations....

    Do you have enough tongue weight? It says that on soft ground you need more than 500 lbs.

    Also the return policy clearly states:

    If within 30 days of the date of sale, a Customer finds a Product to have a material defect not specified in the catalogue, or if the Product has not met the Customer’s expectations, then subject to sections 2 and 3, the Customer may return the Product, within 30 days of receiving the Product, to the store of original purchase for full refund, less shipping expenses and a 20% restocking fee,

    I've never been happy with the "restocking fee" caveat, but that's the way it is.

    I believe he is talking about a Parkit 360. It is a motorized trailer mover. I only know that because I looked it up on the net. I guess that it won't work on gravel.

    THIS ITEM DOES NOT WORK ON GRAVEL GROUND
    That is why I returned it.

    Stay away from this company and these people...
