Handy, clever, and well-executed. I've seen similar things on contractor's pick up truck beds. I've got something similar on my work mini-van that crosses the area behind the front seats and 4 deeper drawers open to the area with the sliding side doors. I use it to hold tools, hardware, and other supplies.
