Your weight figures on these are low. An 845 with the usual equipment but with the tanks empty is going to be in the 3000-3200# territory without any of your gear in it.
Lance 861? Most likely upwards of 3300-3500# without water or your gear.
Keep in mind that you will see some folks post weight figures that may be based on a weight tag on the camper or possibly based on what they think it weighs.
Actually getting on a scale is sometimes a very rude surprise.
