Peel and Stick Tiles

I have been thinking of putting down some peel and stick tile in my TT and I was wondering if anyone has done this before. My most concern would be the tile coming up or the ends or corners curling up.
I can get the tile for a lot cheaper than sheet vinyl and should be easier to install.
