Yep. I really hope that Bryan isn't deterred from writing further articles by the strange reactions of a few folks.
These are suggestions from someone who basically has his household with him where ever he goes. Why would he not have thought about his security, and that of his property? People set up security systems at their stick-built homes, security cameras and audio monitoring systems, they build fences and gates, some even put bars on their windows. Most folks have smoke and CO detectors. People install LoJack and OnStar in their cars. The list goes on, and I don't believe that anyone would get the kind of reactions that are evident on this thread if they were to say that they were going to install a whole house monitoring system and a fence around their property.
