Pet's travel with you in a Truck camper

In the summer when it's unbearably hot outside we'll run the air conditioner for our little Shih Tzu and put her up on the bed of the cab-over surrounded by her toys and a dish of water. Usually we'll leave the TV on for her so that she wont feel like she's left alone. If it's not so terribly hot outside opening up the windows for cross ventilation and running the fantastic fan is sufficient enough. We usually take her along with us when we're hiking the trails and sight-seeing but there are some places like restaurants and stores that don't allow pets so we need to keep her in the camper.
