Why is it that the large Fords and Chevys use the Cummins engine rather than one from their own stable? Oh, I remember, the Cummins in a medium duty diesel engine, not a light duty.
What did they install for a lift pump. That is the weak link OEM of the 24V 5.9.
In your second photo they have a hose coming off the breather on the time cover below the AC pump, that heads up to the drivers side to a silver pipe. What is at the end of that, another place to add oil?
