What did they install for a lift pump. That is the weak link OEM of the 24V 5.9.
In your second photo they have a hose coming off the breather on the time cover below the AC pump, that heads up to the drivers side to a silver pipe. What is at the end of that, another place to add oil?
What did you have to give for it?

I do not recall GM used Cummins as an OE option. Their MDT's used Duramax power, the largest (C7500) also had optional Cat and big Isuzu engines.
The 7.3 PSD was standard on the F-650 (with Cummins and Cat diesels optional) for several years...the 6.doh went into a handful of them.
