Picked up the new truck today.
We left the dealer in Greeley, Co at noon and drove 409 miles today. We are 3 miles short of Utah. Talk about long legs this thing really strenches them out. Fuel fill is not as good as the old 2001. ...

We wanted a Laramie, buckets, Aisin, no sun roof, bkack interior, no cargo camera due to the fact that it screws up the park view camera moving it from the 8.4 display to the mirror, which is fixed in the 2016's, may or may not it charged by a fkash of the 2015's. It had the bed liner, side steps, keyless entry n' go/remote start, cold weather and protection group.
So it was not up priced by items we did not want.
The fifth wheel prep was the only missing item on our list, however they had the pucks and wiring in stock in their parts department. And we had enough air miles to fly first class to go get it! It will be ready to tow when we get home. And I will not have to make excuses to go drive it.
We have got to spend a few days getting the 2001.5 ready for a guy that wants it next week.

Can't argue with that! Most people I know try to get out of Greeley - not use it as a destination (I can say that since my wife went to school there). :)
