This one is a Hemi, not a CTD (pretty rare to find a 3rd Gen 3500 gasser).
The first one you posted the photos don't match the description. I'd wonder if it was legit or a scam.
All 3 looked to be 4x2, but maybe that would work for the OP.
Personally, I think you will have a very difficult time finding what the OP is looking for. That is a tall order to find a clean, reliable sub $20k diesel truck. If you do, it will likely have a ton of miles. Even if the drive train isn't worn out, the interior may be.
