Oil/fuel filter changes routinely.....clean oil/clean fuel and engine will last LONG Time
Exhaust Brake......that is a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT)
It uses a sliding nozzle ring that varies the power from turbo and amount of air delivered to engine
TURN IT ON and always run with it ON so it doesn't bindup and you end up having to get a 'cleaning service' preformed
