Please help ASAP on Atwood Furnace

So I Have a 2007 trailer and I am having issues with my furnace. It worked great a week ago now all the sudden it doesn't.

The fan turns on and the furnace will light but then it will shut down. Does it 3 times then will shut itself off eventually. I don't see any codes. It already has the dinosaur board in it. As it lights the little bulb turns red but when it shuts off its green. For the little amount of time the flame runs it still sounds like its clicking trying to start. Atwood told me to replace the electrode which is also the flame sensing and I did. Still same problem. I have seen tons of forums of people with the same issue but rarely a solution is posted. Any help on this thing? Im in desperate need guys I hope you can help. Thanks so much in advance.

  • yep, regulator at tanks. Only 13 months old too. Just out of warranty.
  • so the same thing was happening to you even though the stove and refer was working fine? The gas regulator up by the propane tanks or in the furnace?
  • Same thing happened to me recently.
The propane regulator wasn't supplying enough gas pressure.
Replaced with a Marshall and all is well now
  • I will try that when I get home today. Any other ideas guys?
  • Close the valves on your propane tanks, remove the hoses. Reconnect everything, now open the valves very slowly. Most likely, you tripped to OPD ( Overflow Protection Device ) from opening to quickly.
