Well I fixed the cold side and the leak was at the elbow on the flex line side. However due to the lack of room to work in I could not get the band cut off even with a dremel tool with carbide bit. So I redid the hole thing with Flare-it fittings. I don't like them and will not use them again. They are really hard to get the PEX on the fittings. It did not leak, but after getting it all back together I now have a leak on the Hot water side in the same elbow. So I thinking about Shark bite fittings for the ease of working in limited space. Or I might just get the tool and clamps.
