I think I'd get it a Lowes or Menards and save the shipping plus you'll have a better selection. Yes, it will work fine, Your issue will be holding the inner to attach the outer so make sure you have access (to get your hand inside) to get inside the tank before you holesaw the hole or you are basically screwed big time.
