Pop up camper with kitchen counter that pulls out

Hello. I thought I would ask the experts. When I was a child we had a pop up camper that had a kitchen counter that pulled to the outside on a track. There was a little door to the right of the entrance door in the middle? Anyone know which manufacturer would have made it and if it's still available as a feature? Thanks
