I just got off the phone with Hallmark and they use Weblon. I also have a layer of foam between it and the inside ripstop nylon. I plan to use only the outer fabric, easier for me to sew, and then augment with another insulator (hard or soft) if I do any late Fall/Winter camping. Thanks for the info
