Our 2011 Hallmark has an insulated waterproof soft wall that I would not describe as a material that breaths.
It is supposed to insulate, stop the wind and moisture. I would be very surprised if the oem material was designed to breath as it is supposed to take the place of a solid wall; if you need air you open a window or a roof vent or both.
We have camped in ours in the low teens with high winds and the inside of the soft wall was warm to the touch.
