10.22-11.67 depending on terrain. Havent had the camper off in so long I cant tell you base.
Towing an additional 5500lbs(19,200lbs on the scale) I can say 9.45-10.5 from MA to VA and back twice.
edit: I have tried changing my mph from 70ish to 60ish and havent seen any difference.
