Yes, those items can draw that amount. You could double check by pulling associated fuses to them. Also, that could show if there are other culprits!
On my trailer, I have installed switches to kill them when not being used. Also if you have a battery isolator switch that would kill all draws. If you don't, that could be a quick and easier method than chasing circuits and adding cut-off switches.
