Are you sure batteries are charged----or do they show good voltage but can't actually hold a load??
Shore power/gen supply AC power to converter which supplies the DC System so voltage stays up.
W/O Shore/Gen..what is voltage AT batteries?
What does voltage due when you try any of those DC items?
Battery NEG connection to ground....clean/tight?
Otherwise..pull them and have them load tested at any auto parts place
