Wow, surprised to see the KWh rates you guys have. I feel guilty saying I average around 7.5 to 8 cents per KWh here in the PNW. Good ol' hydro :).
And to OPer --- a thought tonight... You might have them come out and read the meter again...or have them check their computer (for those that read from the office - new electronic things). Someone may have made a mistake. I had an argument with an electric company one time...went thru PUC commissioner's office finally. They came out and read the meter again. Turns out someone was reading wrong...and had written down the wrong #s.
